The 5 Tibetan Rites are a series of dynamic movements often referred to as the “Fountain of Youth.” Practiced daily, they invigorate the body’s energy centers, stimulate hormonal balance, and harmonize the spine through controlled spin and breath.

Each Rite in Sequence

  1. Spinning: Clockwise rotation to awaken the vestibular and pineal systems
  2. Leg Raise: Core and lower abdominal strength with breath coordination
  3. Camel Bridge: Spinal extension, throat & sacral opening
  4. Tabletop Lift: Shoulder and hip activation with static strength
  5. Down Dog to Cobra: Rhythmic breath-synchronized spinal wave
