FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about Chinastics and the NeuroOrbit Lab.

πŸ€” Do I need to be fit or flexible to try Chinastics?

Not at all. Everything is scalable. You can do movements seated or standing, and even the Aerotrim is adjustable for age, size*, and ability.
* Minimum height 5′

πŸŒ€ Is the Aerotrim safe?

Yes! It’s used by astronauts, pilots, and athletes. You’re safely strapped in and guided. Sessions start slow and only intensify with your comfort and consent.

🧘 Is this therapy or fitness?

It’s bothβ€”and more. Chinastics supports healing, training, and awakening through movement. It’s ideal for those seeking somatic therapy, stress relief, balance recovery, or embodied meditation.

πŸ‘• What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that let you stretch and move. Avoid anything bulky or loose that might interfere with straps or flow. No bare feet or street shoes in the workout area. Long hair should be tied up.

πŸ“ Where are you located?

The Chinastics Lab is located in the Garuda Tibetan Tai-chi Studio at 10900 Menaul Blvd. NE, Suite L, Albuquerque, NM 87112.
