Before your first spin, we want to make sure you’re well-prepared to get the most from the session while minimizing any discomfort. Please take a moment to review the Pre-Flight Checklist below.


Aerotrim Pre-Flight Checklist

⏱ Timing
• Avoid eating for 1.5–2 hours before your session
• Skip heavy, greasy meals beforehand

💧 Hydration
• Drink water at least 30 minutes in advance
• Avoid caffeine and alcohol before spinning

🌿 Natural Anti-Nausea Aids
• Take ginger (tea or capsules) 30 minutes before
• Optional: Peppermint lozenge or essential oil

🧠 Nervous System Prep
• Try 3 minutes of slow nasal breathing (box breath works great!)
• Light stretching or Tibetan Tai Chi movements are ideal to ground yourself

👁️ Gaze Prep
• Practice focusing your eyes on a fixed point while moving your head
• This strengthens your balance reflexes and reduces disorientation

⚠️ Avoid
• Smoking, vaping, or stimulants
• Rushing in—give yourself 5 calm minutes to settle before your session


If you’re feeling unsure, it’s perfectly okay to stand in the Aerotrim and just explore your breath and posture before initiating your first spin, which can be as mild or wild as you like — you’re always in control.
