Chinastics was born from the merging of two streams: ancient Eastern systems of motion, breath, and chi flow—and modern insights into the nervous system, vestibular function, brainwave entrainment, and neuroplasticity.
The core practices come from the Tibetan Tai Chi lineage of Grandmaster Liu Siong (Count Willem Reeders), the Five Tibetan Rites, and Qigong energy flow, brought together in a format that’s intuitive, somatic, and deeply effective.
The lab’s gyroscopic element, the Aerotrim, is a modern tool of balance and orientation—used by astronauts and adapted here for nervous system recalibration, trauma recovery, and joyful movement.
